General Summary:

The Extractions Production Specialist position is responsible for the primary day-to-day production duties of a state of the art medical cannabis production laboratory, reporting to the Extractions Team Lead. These duties include extraction, formulation, infusion, data tracking, cleaning, packaging, and labeling. The Production Specialist has responsibility and takes an active role in:

Learning and following proprietary cultivation and production methods


Complying with program regulations as it relates to cultivation operations including proficient use of seed to sale software


Tracking task time and utilizing time management skills


Uphold all standards and procedures pertaining to cultivation facility cleanliness

The successful candidate will have some experience with labwork or manufacturing and working with standard operating procedures. They will also be familiar with spreadsheet software, data tracking, time tracking, and are able to follow clear and concise direction. This position is recommended to someone with an associate’s degree or higher.

General Summary:

The Production Supervisor: Operations is responsible for managing other employees in
meeting production schedules and in complying with all applicable local and state laws and
regulations.

Requirements shall include, but not be limited to, the following:
  1. Comply with all applicable government regulations and Company policies and procedures,
    including sanitation, security, workplace safety, confidentiality, and seed-to- sale software
    requirements, among others.
  2. Lead, schedule, and supervise the work of a multiple production employees. Tasks may
    include, but are not limited to: media preparation; cloning; transplanting; feeding nutrients;
    irrigation; pruning; trimming; pest monitoring; pesticide application; facilities and
    equipment installation, monitoring, maintenance and trouble-shooting; harvesting;
    trimming; packaging; laboratory work; extractions and processing.
  3. Responsible for inventory management and raw materials.
  4. Ensure all work in completed in adherence to all safety policies and guidelines.
  5. Conducts weekly safety training and safety inspections on jobsites.
  6. Provide upfront and ongoing training and mentorship to production employees.
  7. Monitor and support employee safety, morale and productivity. As needed, track relevant
    operating data (e.g., employee task completion times, plant characteristics) in order to
    support decision-making.
  8. Assist with the employee life cycle, including recruiting, interviewing, training, time cards,
    and performance management.
  9. Aid staff in preparing for audits and, as needed, assist state and local governmental auditors
    and law enforcement with their audits.
  10. Contribute to Company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials.
  11. Effectively and efficiently document, collaborate and persuade by using software and
    telecommunications tools, including spreadsheets, word processing, email, calendars, text,
    chat, webinars, seed-to- sale and other software, etc.
  12. Perform the following physical tasks:
    a. Stand and walk for extended periods of time;
    b. Bend, squat and stoop, twist and bend the neck and waist and reach above and below
    shoulder height to grasp objects;
    c. Bend and lift loads of up to one hundred (100) lbs; and
    d. Use hands for grasping, pushing, pulling and fine manipulation;

General Summary:

Patient Service Associate position provides New Hampshire qualifying patients with outstanding service and assistance in helping them obtain their cannabis medicine at our ATC’s in Dover and Lebannon. Patient Service Associate has responsibility and takes an active role in:

Serving qualifying patients and caregivers in obtaining their medicine


On-going training in customer service delivery

General Summary:

The Content Marketing Manager, will lead content creation presented on any and all online and offline platforms. The Content Marketing Manager is a trusted resource on all marketing content and will become the resident brand guru, serving as the Subject Matter Expert. Responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to, the following:
  1. Manage all aspects of content creation across various channels (including marketing assets, social media, sales presentations, emails, website, newsletters, videos, blog etc.).

General Summary:

The Patient Service Associate is responsible for the service of medical cannabis patients assisting the Management team in all facets of dispensary operations of a retail facility located in Baltimore, MD, pursuant to and in compliance with local and state laws and regulations, including COMAR §§10.62.01-10.62.35. These responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to, the following:

The Patient Service Associate position is designed to provide the individuals that we serve, across the state of Maryland, with a consultative buying experience that focuses on the needs, wants and aspirations of the patient.

General Summary:

The Retail Manager is responsible for the management and operation of a retail facility located in Baltimore, MD, pursuant to and in compliance with local and state laws and regulations, including COMAR §§10.62.01-10.62.35.

General Summary:

The Manager, Compliance will have lead responsibility for the efficient and compliant on-boarding and renewal of employee and company paperwork. The Manager, Compliance is a trusted resource on state regulations, serving as a resident Subject Matter Expert. General Summary:

The Assistant Manager – Retail assists in the management and operation of a medical marijuana retail dispensary located in Framingham or Hudson, Massachusetts, pursuant to and in compliance with local and state laws and regulations, including 105A CMR 725 and 935 CMR 500. Temescal Wellness MA is a start-up business operating in an ever-changing regulatory landscape, and as such, the following job description may not include all necessary tasks. All employees will be expected to pitch in, as needed, to ensure the successful start-up and operation of each facility.

Requirements shall include, but not be limited to, the following:
  1. STAFFING: Assist hiring, training and supervising of dispensary staff such as Patient Service Associates.
  2. INVENTORY CONTROL
  3. a.Develop and maintain facility-specific policies and procedures to ensure a safe, compliant chain of custody for all medical marijuana products:

    i. Transport/delivery/receipt of delivery QA/QC and security

General Summary:

The Patient Service Associate is responsible for the service of medical cannabis patients assisting the Management team in all facets of dispensary operations of a retail facility located in Hudson or Framingham, MA, pursuant to and in compliance with local and state laws and regulations, including 105A CMR 725 and 935 CMR 500. General Summary:

The Production Supervisor – Processing is responsible for overseeing extraction and infusion programs in a medical marijuana production facility in Worcester, Massachusetts pursuant to and in compliance with local and state laws and regulations, including especially MA CMR 725 et seq. This individual is the manager-in-charge of a range of day-to-day tasks at one facility. The Production Supervisor – Processing will, based on the production schedule, identify work tasks, schedule, train, and manage Production Associates, and concisely and clearly communicate needs to senior management for staffing, supplies and equipment.

  9. Monitor and support employee safety, morale and productivity. Assist with the employee life cycle, including recruiting, interviewing, training, online scheduling, time and attendance and performance management.
  10. Aid staff in preparing for audits and, as needed, assist state and local governmental auditors.
  11. Effectively and efficiently document, collaborate and persuade by using software and telecommunications tools, including spreadsheets, word processing, email, calendars, text, chat, webinars, seed-to-sale and other software, etc.
  12. Perform the following physical tasks:a. Stand and walk for extended periods of time;b. Bend, squat and stoop, twist and bend the neck and waist and reach above and below shoulder height to grasp objects;c. Bend and lift loads of up to one hundred (100) lbs; andd. Use hands for grasping, pushing, pulling and fine manipulation;

Primary Job Tasks
  1. Maintain a production schedule for the facility
  2. Review and adjust the schedule as needed

  5. Manage human and material resources to meet production targets
  6. Make decisions about equipment use, maintenance, modification and procurement
  7. Ensure that standard operating procedures are adhered to
  8. Ensure implementation and adherence of health and safety procedures
  9. Monitor and maintain product quality standards
  10. Help plan, implement and enforce quality control and tracking programs to meet quality objectives
  11. Ensure all products delivered to retail facilities are packaged, labeled and organized correctly each week
  12. Analyze production and quality control to detect and correct problems
  13. Determine and implement improvements to the production process
  14. Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement
  15. Estimate production costs
  16. Set production budgets
  17. Manage production budgets
  18. Implement cost control programs
